HERE IS A EDIT OF SOME OF THE FUN YOU MISSED IF YOU COULDN’T MAKE IT:
Surfing legend and all around adventure seeker Jamie O’ Brien recently teamed up with Red Bull to shred “The Wedge” down in Newport Beach, CA. The Wedge is definitely one of California most gnarly waves to ride considering one side lines up with a huge break water wall and the heavy barrel of the wave crashes in about two feet of water. Needless to say, this wave takes some balls to ride and Jamie pulls out all the stops! …make sure to check out the video below.
We wanted to send a big shout out to Jamie and his crew for always pushing the boundaries of whatever it is they may be getting into and to the good people over at Red Bull for bringing together next level events like this for everyone to enjoy. Nice work!
Also, if you haven’t checked out Jamie’s rad web series “Who is JOB 2.0″ which drops new episodes every Friday, we highly suggest you head over to the Red Bull Youtube page and check it out!
